Dancing Deer’s Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pancakes
It’s one of those nights when I don’t feel like a typical dinner. Sometimes pancakes just taste better at night. It has been a while since I had some so I decided to make Dancing Deer’s Buttermilk Pancakes. A while back I posted a review on this company’s meyer lemon blueberry pancakes. They were incredibly memorable and I cannot stress enough that they were the absolutely best pancakes I ever had. I figured the buttermilk ones would be just as good and I was right. They were everything a pancake should be: light, fluffy, perfect texture, and can be eaten without syrup. I did however include a dab here and there of pure maple syrup as I am from New England and it is the time of year for the sweetest, freshest syrup. If you want a delicious pancake, give these a try. You won’t regret it!!
