Fudge for the Holidays

Fudge. Delicious. Rich. Fattening. Perfect for the holidays. I love fudge. I have grown up in a family of fudge makers and lovers.  Fudge can be difficult or easy to make depending upon the recipe. I have a couple favorite recipes that I usually make each year.  Fudge also makes a great gift for those friends or family members that have everything, including many guests for the holiday season. If stored properly, fudge will have a long shelf life.  I keep mine tightly wrapped in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil. I use high quality products and always use butter, not margarine. Never use an imitation vanilla.   Here are my 3 favorite ones and are genuine crowd pleasers.
